The product process flow: original bamboo—take raw material and saw it—bamboo dissection machine—set wide dissection pieces to be base— bleach—drying—set-size and cut off—molding—cut head—polished—tidy—packaging—go out of factory. These 9 units make up of a whole product line, for an eight hours production of 40,000 pairs. Operations staff of 4-5 people, male or female. It uses industrial electric 380V, hourly electricity consumption of about 12 degrees. If add one set of bamboo chopsticks shaping machine, the yield can be increased to 80,000 pairs. Usually per 100 kg of fresh (wet) bamboo can produce 210mm specifications bamboo chopsticks 2600-3500 pairs.
