Introduction
JX hydraulic metal fillings high-density block making machines are mainly used to extrude raw materials into high-destiny columnar cakes or blocks without any adhesives added, the raw materials include metal fillings, metal powders, smelting additives and sponge iron. The density of the cakes or blocks shall be 5t/m3 or more, the extruded cakes of blocks can be directly placed into furnaces, the iron casting parts quality can reach HT200-250, and the iron casting per ton can save costs totaling 700RMB.
The machines adopt advanced hydraulic driving technology and high abrasion-resistant oil seats, the oil cylinders are processed and assembled through the newest technologies so as to prevent the pressure in the oil cylinders from being reduced in the continuous operation, It is featured of durability, stable running, computer-aided control, high automation, low fault rate, and easy maintenance.
